TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Introduction & Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at atriskco.co.uk and any purchases made through AT RISK CO. By accessing our platform or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Pricing & Orders
All prices are listed in Great British Pounds (GBP £) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or correct pricing errors prior to order acceptance. Order confirmation emails signify receipt of your order request; official contract formation occurs when your item is processed for production.
3. The 5% Charity Commitment
AT RISK CO pledges that 5% of net profits from every sale will be donated to registered UK youth mental health charities. Donations are compiled and audited quarterly. This pledge is an operational commitment of AT RISK CO and does not convert your purchase into a direct tax-deductible charitable donation by the customer.
4. Intellectual Property
All logos, typography, visual graphics, garment print designs, photography, copy, and website code are the exclusive intellectual property of AT RISK CO. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial distribution of any brand material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, AT RISK CO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our maximum total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for that order.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
