FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY

1. The 3-Stage Order Timeline

AT RISK CO operates a sustainable, small-batch production model. Rather than mass-producing thousands of identical items sitting in warehouses, every single piece is individually prepared and crafted specifically for your order. Here is how your order progresses from checkout to your doorstep:

Stage 1: Payment Verification (0 – 24 Hours)

Once your order is submitted through our secure checkout, your payment undergoes automated fraud verification and authorization. As soon as payment is confirmed, your item is automatically placed into our production queue.

Stage 2: Custom Production & Printing (2 – 5 Business Days)

During this stage, your garment is pulled, inspected for fabric quality, printed using non-toxic eco-friendly Direct-To-Garment (DTG) inks or embroidered, cured, and subjected to final quality control. Average production time is 2 to 5 business days.

Stage 3: Courier Dispatch & Delivery

Once quality inspection passes, your item is packaged and dispatched directly to your shipping address.

• UK Standard Delivery (FREE): 3 – 5 business days after production.
• International Express Delivery (£11.00): 5 – 14 business days depending on destination customs clearance.

Total Estimated Turnaround Time: UK Orders = 5 to 9 business days total. International = 7 to 19 business days total.

2. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your package is scanned by our shipping courier, you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your personal tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking events to populate on the courier system.

3. Customs & Import Duties

All UK shipments incur zero extra customs charges. For international deliveries outside the UK, shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
